🔄 Return Policy

At Sensylis, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

📋 Return Conditions

• 🩱 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• 🔖 All hygiene seals and tags must remain intact
• ⏳ Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• ❌ Lingerie marked as final sale
• ❌ Worn or damaged products
• ❌ Panties and bodysuits removed from hygiene packaging

🔁 How to Return

1️⃣ Send an email to support@sensylis.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once it is processed.
